We supply a full line up of Scrubbing and Scouring Sponges to nationally recognized consumer brands in addition to private label and contract packaging of sponges, mops and cleaning devices worldwide.
We take surface prep seriously! Our Abrasive Coated Sanding Sponges are preferred by craftsman and contractors alike as the tool of choice for surface preparation making us the largest producer of these products nationally. Our complete line of Wet-dry Sanding Sponges are designed for and marketed in the drywall, wood working, metal finishing, paint, plastic, ceramic, auto body and solid surface trades. Our kitchen sink cleaning sponges are top performers in multiple marketplaces; consumer, commercial and institutional. Laminations of specialty sponge, cellulose, fiber and our unique scour coatings make for powerful cleaning products. REMPAC HISTORY
- 1960’s
With the inception of flexible urethane foams, Rempac Foam starts up operations in Fort Lee, NJ converting bulk foams for packaging and foam components. - 1970’s
Adding closed cell polyethylene to our mix, Rempac moves to Passaic, NJ and continues growth as a supplier of engineered protective cushion packaging to protect electronics and instrumentation throughout the North East - 1980’s
Adding equipment and manpower, Rempac, now headquartered in Clifton, NJ commences manufacturing DIY consumer products marketplace with foam paint brushes, rollers and flocked applicator pads
- 1990’s
The business continues to grow adding a manufacturing center in Lumberton, NC and unique coating capabilities, dropping abrasive mineral grains onto sanding sponges and scour media onto household scrubbing sponges. Our consumer packaging capabilities grow in order to best serve the mass merchandisers and grocery markets. - 2000’s
In the new century, Rempac’s strengths are defined by our niche markets; bringing innovation to the branded companies for sponges that can sand, scour and scrub. Our private label sponge programs to grocery and mass merchandisers strengthen. At the same time, we consolidate and increase our manufacturing footprint in NC. - 2010’s
Increased business open up a global supply chain and additional equipment to lower costs and better service our growing customer base. We are proud of our 60 year history manufacturing in NC with an American labor force.

We supply flexible foam components and offer private labeling, contract packaging of sponges, mops and cleaning devices worldwide.
