REMPAC FOAM CORPORATION has been converting flexible foam plastics into quality products since 1962.  Over the years, we have worked with an array of original equipment manufacturers in the design and production of protective packaging, component parts, gasketing and cushioning.

In 1990 our business expansion continued into the consumer products arena with the TEK-PAK line of quality paint applicators, house ware products, crafts and novelty items for an assortment of distributors and specialty manufacturers.  In 1998, with the acquisition of Mercury Foam, we built a state of the art coating facility.  Our abrasive and non-abrasive coatings are used on sanding sponges and household scouring and scrubbing devices.

Our headquarters are in Clifton, New Jersey. Our modern 80,000 square foot factory in New Jersey and our 125,000 square foot factory in North Carolina, houses some of the most impressive equipment in the industry, all designed to yield the highest quality, competitively priced foam products available today.
